Home From Home Boarding & Daycare

​

Happy Tails & Trails provide a friendly, cosy home from home environment for your beloved pooch, we pride ourselves in the relaxed surroundings that we have created. We have a large garden and field to the rear with a tranquil summer house for your pooch to relax and take time out.

Your furry friend will be treated like one of the family and have full access of our house with our own dogs. We will endeavour to follow your current home routine and instructions.

Whilst in our care your pooch will enjoy 3 walks per day, treats, endless interaction, snacks and a mini groom. We can collect and drop off if required. (small fee may be added)

An initial free consultation will to be carried to determine you pets suitability.

Social Dog Walking

​

We provide social group walks for all dogs of any ability, these can be tailored to suit individuals needs. We provide stimulating field walks and woodland rambles, if you require your pooch to stay clean and smelling of roses then we are simply not for you. There will be no pounding the pavements for us, providing enrichment, entertainment, and an exhilarating walk is our main aim.

We complete varied walks in an abundance of areas through out Grantham. We particularly like Temple Woods, Belmont Tower, Ropsley Woods, Belton Woods and surrounding areas.

We always provide a rub down and dry after any particularly wet walks, along with a quick shower if required.

Pet To Vet Service

​

Unable to take you pet to an appointment ? Let us take care of that for you. We can collect your pet from your home, take them for their appointment and drop them safely back off to you for a small charge. All you need to do is contact your vet and add us to their register which will give us permission to do this.

Wedding Chaperone Service

​

 Our bespoke Wedding Dog Sitter Service includes:

• Initial meeting at your home, where we will spend time getting to know you and your dog and discussing your requirements. If you have not used the Tails & Trails Home Boarding service before, we will register your dog and make sure we understand all of their likes, dislikes and personality type.

• In the run up to the wedding, we will be happy to receive direction and updates as you progress towards the day itself and we are happy to help in planning our role for the big event.

• At the agreed time on the day before the wedding, we will collect your dog and chauffeur them to a specially selected home and carer, who will help them relax before preparing for the wedding.

• We will ensure that your dog is exercised, brushed and accessorised (if you wish) before attending the wedding venue.

• During the wedding we will chaperone (where necessary) and care for your dog, paying full attention to their comfort and needs. Our wedding dog sitters are fully insured and vastly experienced.

After your dog’s role in your wedding is complete, (for example after the photographs) we will return them to their host home, to relax for the rest of the day, being lovingly cared for.

They can just stay for one night, whilst you enjoy your reception, or for the full duration of your honeymoon. We will also chauffeur your dog for their return home.
